Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend staff to ensure exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly
- Execute opening/closing procedures and security protocols
- Train new employees on company standards and procedures
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies
- Prepare detailed shift reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
