Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Train and mentor 5-8 part-time associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalations
- Monitor inventory and execute stock replenishment procedures
- Process transactions and maintain accurate sales documentation
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines and store cleanliness protocols

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or supervisory experience
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
