Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend retail teams during peak Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Execute daily operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated issues
- Monitor sales performance and implement promotional strategies
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and security protocols
- Train new staff on product knowledge and operational procedures
- Process transactions and maintain accurate financial records
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality leadership experience
- Proven ability to manage teams during high-volume periods
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-10PM)
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Valid Texas driver's license (if transportation required)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
