Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 weekend retail associates during peak business hours
- Execute daily operational plans including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer escalations with service excellence protocols
- Train new associates on brand standards and POS systems
- Monitor sales performance and implement weekend-specific promotions
- Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations
- Prepare shift reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality supervisory experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-10pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Proficient with inventory management software
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Flexible schedule availability during holidays
