Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping
- Lead and mentor 8-12 team members through performance coaching and shift scheduling
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Optimize workflow processes to meet weekend productivity targets
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with weekday leadership teams
- Conduct quality control inspections and resolve operational issues
- Prepare shift reports and weekend performance analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Excellent conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
