Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend front desk operations and ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes
- Lead and mentor 8-10 team members during weekend shifts
- Resolve guest inquiries and elevate service standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Implement emergency procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or retail leadership experience
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday, 6am-2pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, PMS)
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's Certificate
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
