Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and staff supervision during weekend shifts to ensure maximum productivity.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and oversee merchandise displays to meet company standards.
- Train, coach, and mentor part-time associates on safety protocols and customer service excellence.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional strategies and achieve weekly sales targets.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and safe for all employees and customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in retail management, supervisory roles, or customer service is required.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a diverse team.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
