Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-12 weekend associates, ensuring performance standards
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance during weekend shifts
- Coordinate with weekday management teams for seamless operational continuity
- Resolve operational challenges and optimize weekend workflow efficiency
- Conduct weekend staff scheduling and performance evaluations
- Prepare weekend shift reports for weekday leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Availability to work Friday-Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and WMS software
- OSHA certification and safety management experience
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisive operational judgments
- Valid Indiana driver's license and clean driving record
