Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend retail staff to achieve sales targets and service excellence
- Execute store opening/closing procedures and maintain operational compliance
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
- Train associates on product knowledge, safety protocols, and POS systems
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operations handover
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Associate degree in Business or related field preferred
