Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations and ensure service excellence standards
- Train and mentor new staff on weekend-specific protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Monitor inventory and supply chain for weekend rushes
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Implement weekend promotions and upselling strategies
- Submit comprehensive shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality/retail
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid Michigan food handler certification preferred
- Basic inventory management knowledge
- Proficiency in POS systems (e.g., Square, Toast)
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
