Responsibilities
- Lead weekend operations team of 5-8 associates during Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Execute daily opening/closing procedures including cash management
- Train and mentor new weekend staff on product knowledge and service standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with exceptional professionalism
- Monitor inventory and replenish stock during weekend operations
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
- Generate end-of-day sales reports and operational summaries
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality experience required
- Proven leadership/supervisory background preferred
- Availability exclusively for Saturday/Sunday shifts (7am-5pm)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and reporting
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday oversight
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for occasional store deliveries
- High school diploma or equivalent required
