Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend shift operations across 10-15 team members
- Ensure customer service excellence and inventory management
- Train and mentor new weekend staff on company protocols
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex matters
- Maintain accurate shift reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Available exclusively Saturdays & Sundays (5am-1pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic inventory management software knowledge
