Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 weekend shift associates and coordinate daily operations
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency to meet weekend delivery deadlines
- Conduct shift briefings and provide performance feedback
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate weekend replenishment
- Maintain accurate shift logs and production reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure weekend environments
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
