Responsibilities
- Lead 5-8 person weekend retail teams during peak hours
- Ensure inventory accuracy and visual merchandising standards
- Process daily transactions and reconcile POS systems
- Train new staff on brand protocols and safety procedures
- Resolve customer escalations with service excellence
- Submit real-time shift reports via mobile app
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Available every Saturday and Sunday (8am-8pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Valid Texas Food Handler/Alcohol certification (if applicable)
- Proficient with mobile reporting technology
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours continuously
- Reliable transportation to Austin locations
