Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 weekend staff members across multiple service areas
- Execute daily operations checklists and quality control standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking procedures
- Train new staff on service protocols and safety regulations
- Complete end-of-shift reporting and performance documentation
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless transitions
- Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality/retail
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand for 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish a plus)
- Reliable transportation between Baltimore/Texas locations
