Responsibilities
- Manage weekend staff scheduling and performance
- Ensure seamless operations during peak weekend hours
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues
- Oversee inventory and stock replenishment procedures

- Train new team members on service protocols
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality/retail
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license for Texas locations
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Flexible relocation between Baltimore and Texas sites
- Food Handler certification preferred
