Responsibilities
- Manage weekend front-of-house operations including guest seating, order processing, and payment reconciliation
- Train and mentor new weekend staff on service standards and safety protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with professional problem-solving techniques
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service during peak hours
- Conduct opening/closing procedures including cash handling and inventory checks
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health department regulations
- Generate daily shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability required (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 8am-11pm)
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (for occasional supply runs)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
