Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend retail operations including inventory management and staff scheduling
- Train and mentor part-time associates on customer service excellence
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues with professionalism
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and compliance standards
- Coordinate with weekday management team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or hospitality supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-8PM)
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of Charlotte retail market preferred
