Responsibilities
- Manage 5-10 weekend staff during peak shifts
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Oversee inventory and cash handling procedures
- Resolve operational issues efficiently
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift reviews
- Maintain safety compliance and store presentation
- Submit accurate shift reports and timecards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm)
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Valid state driver's license
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly
- Background check required
