Responsibilities
- Lead Operations: Supervise and coordinate all weekend warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Team Management: Mentor weekend staff, provide on-the-job training, and foster a collaborative team culture.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products and packaging to ensure high standards of quality are met before dispatch.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate and maintain forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management is preferred.
- Schedule: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines during peak seasons.
