- Manage 5-8 person weekend teams across sales floor and checkout operations
- Implement daily inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
- Train new hires on POS systems and customer service standards
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries with professionalism
- Optimize weekend staffing schedules for peak business hours
- Conduct end-of-day reconciliation and cash management
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory or team lead experience in retail/hospitality
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Proven ability to manage cash handling and inventory systems
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
