Responsibilities
- Manage 5-8 weekend shift staff during peak business hours
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are exceeded
- Process daily cashless transactions and reconcile end-of-day reports
- Coordinate inventory management and merchandising displays
- Enforce safety protocols and operational compliance
- Train new weekend associates on POS systems
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Available every weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
- Valid US work permit and government-issued ID
- Proficient with mobile payment technologies
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 25lbs
- Reliable transportation to multiple DC locations
- Basic math and inventory management skills
