Responsibilities
- Lead weekend shift operations (6 AM - 10 PM) with team of 8-12 associates
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions
- Train new hires on safety protocols and customer service standards
- Resolve client escalations with professionalism and solution-oriented mindset
- Conduct shift handovers with detailed documentation
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with occasional lifting (25 lbs)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Flexible schedule with ability to cover last-minute shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
