Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations across 3 high-volume service stations
- Lead and mentor 8-12 team members during peak weekend hours
- Ensure exceptional customer experience through service standard enforcement
- Inventory management and supply chain coordination for weekend operations
- Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Implement weekend-specific promotions and marketing initiatives
- Conduct end-of-shift reconciliation and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality/retail
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure weekend rushes
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Basic inventory management and POS system proficiency
- Valid Michigan driver's license (for site rotations)
- Food Handler's Certificate or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
