Responsibilities
- Manage weekend shift operations and ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Train and mentor new team members on product knowledge and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly
- Execute opening/closing procedures and maintain store cleanliness
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless handovers
- Submit accurate shift reports and performance feedback
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-6pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory management
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation within NYC
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
