Responsibilities
- Manage weekend operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Train and mentor part-time staff on service standards
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Monitor inventory and place supply orders as needed
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain clean facilities
- Submit shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (10am-6pm)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must be 18+ with valid ID
- Flexible attitude in fast-paced environments
