Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations and ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Manage 5-7 team members during peak weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Process inventory, handle cash transactions, and maintain store appearance
- Resolve customer inquiries and address operational challenges promptly
- Train new staff on weekend-specific protocols and safety procedures
- Generate weekend performance reports for management review
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong weekend availability (Friday-Sunday, 8am-8pm)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
