Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations, ensuring seamless customer service and team coordination
- Train and mentor part-time associates on product knowledge, safety protocols, and POS systems
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile cash registers with precision

- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (5:00 AM - 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged
- Basic proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems
- Strong leadership abilities with conflict resolution experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Pass background check and drug screening
