Responsibilities
- Manage 5-10 team members during peak weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all service points
- Handle inventory management and cash reconciliation for weekend operations
- Train new weekend staff on company protocols and safety procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges in real-time
- Submit shift reports and performance metrics to management
- Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Available to work all weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours with occasional lifting (25 lbs max)
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Positive attitude under pressure with problem-solving mindset
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Drive location
- Previous leadership experience a plus but not required
