- Manage 10-15 staff members during weekend peak shifts
- Oversee daily operations in high-volume dining/hospitality venue
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and speed
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and inventory checks
- Train new staff on service standards and safety protocols
- Collaborate with managers to optimize weekend workflows
Qualifications
- 2+ years hospitality/retail supervisory experience
- Availability for all Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Valid food handler certification (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
