Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations across 2-3 high-traffic venues
- Lead and motivate teams of 4-6 part-time associates
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met
- Handle cash operations and POS reconciliation
- Coordinate inventory management and supply logistics
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Implement health and safety protocols per company standards
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shifts)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Reliable transportation to downtown locations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
