Responsibilities
- Manage 5-7 person weekend retail teams during peak hours
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
- Oversee inventory management and store operations
- Train and mentor new weekend staff on protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues
- Prepare end-of-day sales reports and reconciliation
- Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) consistently
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible schedule availability including holiday weekends
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
