As a Weekend Shift Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations at our high-traffic retail location, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining team efficiency. Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate weekend staff teams to achieve daily sales targets
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and store cleanliness standards
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale systems accurately
- Contribute to weekend promotional campaigns and merchandising initiatives
- Complete shift handover reports and performance documentation
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Reliable transportation to Pine Avenue location
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
