- Manage 5-7 weekend staff members during peak shifts
- Ensure exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment

- Implement safety protocols and maintain store cleanliness
- Submit end-of-shift reports with operational metrics
Qualifications
- Available exclusively for Saturday/Sunday shifts (8AM-6PM)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or team leadership experience
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
