Responsibilities
- Lead weekend retail operations with 5+ team members
- Execute merchandising strategies during peak weekend foot traffic

Qualifications

- Proven weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 8AM-8PM)

- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Valid Florida driver's license (for store transfers)
