Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Strong weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays mandatory)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (if required for logistics)
