- Train and mentor 5-8 weekend team members on sales techniques

- Coordinate with weekday management for seamless handoffs

Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality supervisory experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and some holidays
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional deliveries)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
