Responsibilities
- Manage weekend shift staff of 8-15 team members with daily scheduling and task delegation
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards during peak weekend hours
- Oversee inventory management and operational efficiency during weekend shifts
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and maintain security protocols
- Train new team members on company policies and weekend-specific workflows
- Generate weekend shift reports and performance metrics for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Proven ability to work independently and make decisions during weekend shifts
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with rotating start times (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software and POS systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during weekend shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
