- Train, coach, and motivate part-time staff to meet sales targets and operational goals.
- Manage inventory counts, cash handling, and visual merchandising displays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols.
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or shift leadership is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
