Responsibilities
- Lead 8-person weekend teams across high-volume restaurant and bar operations
- Execute inventory management and supply chain coordination for weekend rushes
- Implement guest experience protocols during peak Saturday-Sunday foot traffic
- Train and mentor new weekend staff on service standards and safety procedures
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and operational challenges in real-time
- Conduct post-shift audits and prepare weekend performance reports
- Coordinate with weekday management teams for seamless transition
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Proven weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday mandatory)
- Texas Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain within 72 hours)
- Advanced conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail in financial reconciliation and reporting
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional supplier runs
