Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend shift teams (5-8 staff members)
- Execute daily operational plans and inventory management
- Resolve customer escalations with exceptional service standards
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
- Train new staff on company protocols and safety procedures
- Conduct shift reports and submit performance documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Valid Nebraska driver's license (if required for logistics)
- Flexible availability (Friday-Sunday, 6 AM - 10 PM)
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
