Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend teams of 5-10 staff members across multiple service locations
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences through proactive team management and quality assurance
- Oversee inventory management, cash handling procedures, and operational compliance

- Coordinate staffing schedules and address weekend-specific operational challenges

Qualifications
