Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations and ensure team compliance with company protocols
- Train and mentor 5-7 team members on financial service procedures
- Resolve client inquiries and escalate complex issues to management
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless handovers
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years supervisory experience in customer service
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with financial software and MS Office
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm)
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Background check and drug screen required
