Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations ensuring service excellence and safety compliance
- Lead and motivate a team of 8-10 weekend staff members
- Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly
- Coordinate with weekday teams for seamless handovers
- Prepare weekend performance reports for leadership review
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in service/manufacturing
- Proven ability to manage weekend/shift-based teams
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA or equivalent safety certification preferred
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid Maryland driver's license required
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
