- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews to drive team goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or logistics management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliable transportation to the Philadelphia location.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
