Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend staff to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Monitor inventory and restock essential supplies
- Execute opening/closing procedures with precision
- Address escalated customer concerns promptly
- Train new employees on weekend protocols
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Prepare daily shift reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or retail supervisory experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Proficient in point-of-sale systems
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Must be 21+ years old
