Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend front-of-house operations during peak hours
- Train and mentor part-time weekend staff on service standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Manage inventory, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with vendors for weekend supply deliveries
- Enforce safety and compliance protocols during all shifts
- Prepare weekend performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 2+ years hospitality or customer service leadership experience
- Availability exclusively for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Proficiency with reservation systems and POS software
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of San Diego tourism and local attractions
- Flexible availability during holiday weekends
- Valid California food handler's permit
