Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations during Saturday-Sunday shifts, maintaining visual merchandising and safety standards
- Lead and mentor 5-8 team members, providing real-time coaching and performance feedback
- Execute inventory management processes, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and solution-oriented approaches
- Process transactions, manage POS systems, and ensure cash handling accuracy
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for operational continuity and handovers
- Train staff on new products, promotions, and compliance protocols
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement action plans to drive weekend revenue
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to lead teams during weekends, holidays, or peak seasons
- Strong proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify) and inventory software
- Exceptional customer service skills with conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to work independently while making decisive operational judgments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for multi-location support
