Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations and staff scheduling
- Train and mentor new team members on company protocols

Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience required
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8AM-6PM)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid driver's license (for occasional site visits)
