Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations across multiple service stations
- Lead and mentor part-time weekend staff (8-12 team members)
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
- Handle inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly
- Monitor and maintain facility safety and cleanliness protocols
- Generate weekend performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality/retail
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (6am-6pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic inventory management knowledge
- Valid Ohio driver's license (required for site visits)
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts during peak periods
